The product takes only seconds to fully heat, which will allow you to spend less time waiting to use the product and more time putting on your makeup. You won’t spend all morning sitting in the bathroom just to straighten your hair!

Safety-features are a must, and the Infiniti by Conair doesn’t dissapoint; it includes an automatic turn-off safety feature, an LED heat indicator, and a nine foot cord to ensure there is no tripping and that you have ample range to move around while getting ready. A word of caution: since most women begin the styling process after getting out of the shower, it would be a good idea to fully dry your hair before working with any straightener.

Infiniti by Conair CD110 Professional Tourmaline Ceramic 2-in-1 Straightener and Curling Iron is a fantastic buy for less than $30 if you pick it up through Amazon.  Other places can charge upwards of $50 for this, but we’ve found that the best price is at Amazon.

Another added advantage are the generously thick ceramic plates which provides an increased and even amount of heat distribution. We certainly didn’t expect this from a sub-$30 hair straightener.  This even distribution among the plates helps in eliminating damaging hot spots. Even heat distribution is also crucial in giving hair that smooth and silky shine as well as a reduced frizz.

The Infiniti by Conair is the best buy for your money. The rapid heat-up is the best feature as compared to any other hair straighteners in its price range.  Its also a safe and energy efficient product, and it includes many features that more expensive hair straighteners would drool for.  Sure, its no CHI… but sometimes we can’t afford a $100 plus straighter, and in those cases, the Infiti does the trick (and does it well).
